Help answer this question below.

I had false lashes put on with glue...I removed them because I couldn't take them anymore...But it seems I removed a lot of my own natural lashes with it...How long before hair will grow in?...And is it O.k to put mascara on or will that slow it down?

    Ohh my goodness, i KNOW, i did the EXACT same thing. I even used a remover, and followed the directions exactly, but the glue was too thick and i worked on pulling them off for 2 HOURS! and still pulled out so many lashes. It's almost a good thing that it's summer now though, because hair grows quicker in the summer then in the winter. I find not using mascara as often as i can really does help. And on top of that, I've been using a (this sounds scary, but trust me!) nail protein formula on my lashes. Mine is called "Nutra Nail", it's not nail polish, its a protein formula that has keratin in it. Keratin is a protein that makes hair and nails grow through the process of keratinization. I'm sure another brand would work just as well if it has keratin in it. I used to use this on my nails, and they actually grew waaay quicker then normal, and since nails and hair are made from the same thing, i thought it would work to use it on my lashes. I put it on my lash line and rub it in, try really hard not to get it in your eyes, it stings a little! since I've used it, along with wearing mascara minimally, they're actually longer and slightly thicker. You'll pobably see it in a week if u use it twice a day. it's like 4 bucks at london drugs, you can probably get it at any drug store. and so worth trying. tell me how it works out! hope this helped.

    Eyelashes take about four to eight weeks to grow back. I'm sure it will be okay to put on mascara - something artificial cannot impede the growth of hair..
