Okay, I've been through this before and all I can say is, if your educated enough in this subject and you have done some research, You will discover that 92% of crossdressers are heterosexual and most of them are married! I gave up on wearing men's underwear for lack of comfort. I have found particular brands and styles of panties to be most comfortable. (Notice panties was not prefaced by women's, I think they are really a unisex item of clothing). Some say that panties have too narrow of a crotch panel. I have found several hat have a wider crotch panel that is very accommodating to mainting support of the family jewels quite comfortably. But have lately found (another Target brand) Xhileration has a wider crotch panel available, and just recently the Kohl's department store had a sale on panties and their (store brand) Moments Seamless Bikinis and HiCut panties both afford a wider crotch panel. I have found the Kohl's Moments Seamless Bikini to be one of the most comfortable pieces of underwear that I have ever worn.
