Oh hell ya several times when I was younger.
-
Yes many times - and I finally got caught for all of them
-
not because i got bad grades but i did it to get out of lessons. it worked a few times but i got caught in the end
-
I did this countless times for things like progress reports, field trip forms, and detention notifications.

yea i forged my moms signature with a red crayon when i was in 1st grade. she asked me if i got anything from my teacher (i thought my mom had lie reconizing powers) so i played it safe and showed it to her. but i was scatter brained i forgot i already signed it. i was so mortified when she came back and asked me about the crayon scribbelings. sucks being young and having dodgy neural pathways!

Thanks for bringing back that nightmare...I got me a belt beating that night...did I learn anything?? Nah I did it again but got away with it that time.

A couple times, the most recent was near the end of 7th grade. We had this one thing in my Reading class called Reading Logs. We had to get it signed at the end of the week after we read 100 minutes. Then get it signed by our parents. We had to turn it in on Monday. I read at least 100 minutes but forgot to get it signed. And that was going to be my second missing assignment. If I got the second missing one, I wouldn't be able to go on the field trip. My teacher told me to get it out of my locker. I acted like I couldn't find it in my locker the WHOLE ENTIRE PERIOD! omg It felt like forever. I told her I'll give it to her in Study Hall. So in Science, I signed it and handed it in. I did that for the rest of the year. That's what everyone started to do. So they could skip.

Yes. I signed a "poor grade" notice from a teacher. On parent's night, the teacher told my parents not to worry about the note, that I was doing much better. They looked at me, the teacher looked at them, I looked at the floor. I'm pretty sure I got grounded for it.

in elementary and middle school they had to sign alot of stuff. Near the middle of my 7th grade i got a progress report in science, they saw enough of lauren is failing science and i still do to this day. I showed it to them, set it down, didnt sign so the morning i was doing homework saw it right close to a check my mom signed and forged. I got in trouble with the teacher but they screamed at her for not teaching me the way my IEP said it should be.

No, however when I got suspended in 8th grade, the phone number on file had been my cell phone (standard practice for me sense 7th grade) so when they called home they got a standard "leave a message after the beep" from the phone service, so i got away with that. (At that time my mother worked at an office, so I just stayed home and watched TV all day :))

Not because of bad grades. I did it once in high school, when I wanted to get off campus and go out to lunch. I got caught, and got detention. It was the only time I ever got into trouble in school. I laugh about it now - but I think my mom's still disappointed in me! (It's been 11 years...)

I never set any papers on fire that were supposed to go back to school, even if just to singe the border to make it look fancy. ;-) Oh, I never signed/forged my parents' signature(s) either. I was a goody-two-shoes.
-
I tried once but apparently I wasn't very good at it, my teacher knew what I'd done and called my folks.
-
I singed my eyebrows once using a faulty cigarette lighter and when I was young I used a red hot poker to write my name on a bit of wood.
-
Pyromania is a BAD habit. If you singed a piece of paper it could lead to a LARGE fire, that KILLS a lot of people. That is what you were talking about, isn't it?
-
Yes I believe I signed my Mothers name on a report once . Not because of grades but because I had not been home that summer.
-
I don't remember forging a signature but I do remember faking report cards my senior year in high school. There was no way I could show my mom a report card with a few C's and so many absences that she wasn't aware of, lol.
-
Yeah. I don't remember which grade I was in. I think it was 8th. Anyway, i had gotten a detention for skipping class and i signed my mother's name to it and told her i was staying after school to do something in sience class. Its been three years and she still has no clue that i ever got a detention
