Pony baseball...mlb rules, Does a visit by the manager to the pitcher BETWEEN innings (pitcher warming up) count as a visit? In other words, would the next visit by the manager, after the first pitch of the inning, count as the first or second visit?

Not sure about "Pony Rules" but for Official Baseball Rules used by MLB there is no such thing a "between" innings.

Once a team takes the field the inning has started and if the manager goes out to talk to the pitcher then it is a visit. The umpire may give some leeway in this manner but strictly speaking it should be registered as an visit to the mound.

it is a visit to the mound and the next time he goes out there, he must switch pitchers.
i saw that situation in a teener (13-16) game this year. i was coaching and i visited while he was warming up, and during the inning i went out and i had to pull the pitcher.
