Depends on what kind of glass pipe and what it's use is. Also, do you want to save the residue for another use?

Just pack it with another bowl, and you will forget what you wanted to do that would have taken too much energy in the first place!! :)

Oven cleaner.. let it soak for a few minutes... shake it up... wash it out really good... scrape out repeat..

I always use hot water flowing through the pipe, onto a coffee filter, so I save it for later use. Flagged for move to marijuana pipe category, as this is not about household cleaning.

The easiest and fastest way is to boil water and plop it in there. Just make sure you arent having guests over that night cause your house may reek.

boil water but it in a baggy drop the piece in there with some salt and rubbing alcohol. then shake it and let it sit for a few minutes and take it out and rinse it. the get a few pipe cleaners(if you have any) and stick them in through the bowl or mouth piece and start rubbing. repeat if necesary. then if your piece is wet afterwards, get a haidryer and blow hot air through the bowl or mouth piece. clean piece!!!! or if your too lazy you can go buy a new piece.
