Help answer this question below.
As far as I know it's happened once.
You mean just out of nowhere? No, I don't see how.
Only if her name is Shmi Skywalker.
As I read it, the key word here is "spontaneously." Ergo, the answer is no.
Many a girl has gone delusional and claimed to be a pregnant virgin, Some even swell up and have labour pains, producing nothing but a glob of mucus. Look up Joanna Southcote, a famous example. She swelled up, pronounced herself a virgin pregnant with the new Messiah (i.e., the Second coming), and stayed "pregnant" (and swollen in the belly) for several years. She gathered a large following of fanatics.
An extreme scenario might be possible. A boy might masturbate, and then manipulate the girl's vulva with sperm-laden semen on his hand. But, barring that, other accidental contact with living sperm, or artificial insemination, the answer is still no.
if sperm get into her genital tract and fertilizer an egg yes
Yes, as long as the sperm gets in there. You don't have to screw!
Yes, but only if you put it in a holy book called the New Testament and convince millions of people to believe it against their better judgement.
any thing is posible
Turkey baster comes to mind. ALl it takes is sperm. It doesn't have to get there via sex.
It could be plausible if she were a hermaphrodite.

in reality all you need is an egg and sperm, if by any chance sperm were to get near or in the vagina, even without penetration, it is possible that it would travel and find its way to the egg. Although this is highly unlikely it is possible but yea giving birth might be the problem(ouch)
since you said spontaneously and this is not spontaneously then...
no its not possible
Iv been trying to concieve for over 4 months but no luck, its getting me rather stressed! Any advice, anyone had the same problem?

You're reading Can a woman spontaneously get pregnant without having sex?

No it hasn't. That is a myth...a myth stolen from older religious traditions, I may add.

Are you saying that Mary did not get pregnant through a miracle performed by God?

Mary was the one that was a virgin birth..Jesus wasnt.

Hercules, Mithra, Tammuz, Jimmu Tenno, and dozens of other heroes/saviours, all just as mythic as Jesus (It's a Hellenised form of his real name, Yeshua), were all conceived in virgins by intercourse with gods.
And no, Mary was not virgin-born. Read your New Testament. Her conception is labelled "immaculate," meaning that by Divine dispensation, her parents were able to copulate without the taint of ORIGINAL SIN. Of course, it didn't become "immaculate" for several centuries afterward.
All other humans, however indulge in Original Sin when they have sex, married or not. I'm not making this up; it's official Church doctrine.
Jesus/Yeshua became the son of a virgin about 300 years after he was dead; he had to compete with other demigods who were all virgin-born. It was the only way the early Church could legitimise him as a demigod/Messiah. But remember, too, that the the ancient goddesses/demigoddesses could renew their virginity once a year.
