This is all I could find that it is a company of a group probably German in Origin they are the makers oF Incontinence clamps

I couldn't find anything other than personal names and company names.
Was there any kind of a context for the word?
It's German in form, but there's no meaning given for -rucker in German. (Baum is tree, of course.)
It's a family name and therefore the name of several companies. One of them makes an incontinence clamp that goes by the name of Baumrucker Incontinence Clamp.
Does that make any kind of sense in the context where you found the word?
Could this possible be the origin of the nasty word "skank"?
"Sk"intight T"ank"??
