  • No but for me some times others have called 911.
  • No. But I have had to call 000.
  • I have called 000 (Australian equivalent) when I was working in the supermarket and a customer who was not responding (he was sitting on a bench just outside the supermarket and was a regular customer - I later found out he died in hospital). Another time at the supermarket (Christmas Eve) I was not the closet to the phone, but we had to call 000 when the next customer in my queue literally fell over & died at the registers, he could not be revived. Both times it was very distressing.
  • Yes when my child was a baby and couldn't get his breath -- He's just wonderful now
  • I did call 112 when my mother had a seizure.
  • No but called 999 when my neighbour was been burgled.
  • We call 000 in Australia, and yes, I have many times. Sometimes it was to call an ambulance. I thought that a guest we had had overdosed, my daughter was vomiting continuously (turned out to be a brain tumour- she almost died), panic attacks for me (in the past now), miscarriage for me (not nice), heart attack for my husband, mother dying of cancer...many ,many calls. Then there were the police ones- neighbours fighting, our letter box getting blown up...etc etc
  • I tried it once, but two jumbo jets divebombed into the receiver.
  • Yes, twice both times it was because my mom was hurt.
  • Yes, my husband was unconscious after a bee wasp attack and having sprayed their nest. He was sitting up but not breathing, coma-like. FOund out he was highly allergic to the wasp spray and with the stings and bites he was overwhelmed. Almost lost him. The EMTs got there much faster than I ever thought possible, yeah!!!
