    Bookstores, College Courses, and Libraries: Here, you'll know that the woman has at least half a brain, and you have the opportunity to strike up a conversation about reading interests or class topics.

    Here are some of my ideas and what I've found about the results:

    Work: Risky but it's always a good idea to be friends with everyone (guys and girls) because you never know who they might introduce you to!

    Internet Chat/Forums: Doesn't go very far...

    Internet Dating Sites: You can meet lots of girls but personally I haven't explored this avenue a lot yet...

    Social Bars: Regularly visit a bar on a particular weekday after work with friends, just to hang around and chat, great place to meet new people...

    Night Clubs: Full of party girls, hard to talk with loud music, when drugs are involved it can get very messy, you'll easily meet a girl but odds are she wont be the right girl... (who knows though! :)

    Gym/Sports: Just started, have meet a few nice girls, still only friends at this point.

    Generally I try to just befriend as many people as possible because they have friends... and put in a good word for you!

    I like the family reunion answer... That is apparently the correct answer in some states! (Not mine.)

    I like to meet girls at church or who are involved in some kind of cause. Places that attract girls with values similar to mine.

    At church. If you are a youth, almost every church has a youth group. If you are a single adult, the larger churches have single adult ministries and Sunday School classes. I know that at the Methodist and Presbyterian churches, it is a place where people meet people, and you don't have to holler, standing just 2 feet away from them, to be heard. They have a lot of activities planned on Sunday nights and they also get together to do other things as well. True, it is sometimes a "meat market", but then what isn't?

    First off, girls find desperation unattractive. But they do seem to be attracted to confidence.

    Find out what you love and do that. That way you'll only meet girls who love the things you love. Plus your natural enthusiasm will make you look attractive to them. Of course, this advice is of no use if you love sitting at home by yourself. I suppose you then have to go door knocking to find some girl who loves to sit at home by herself!

    Learn how to dance.
