I sleep in short naps as I suffer from insomnia . Possible two or three a day/night , sometimes less. It is not a recent thing or unusual I have always been this way so I imagine i am getting enough sleep for my needs

If you want me to be happy, probably about 9. I need my sleeping, and dreaming is my favorite thing to do.

I operate best on a minimum of 7 hours a night, but if I exercise hard or run any significant distance after laying off for a while 12 is much better...! ;-)

Depends. I sleep 6 hours when I have lec. or i may not even sleep for a day when I got exams. on holidays i sleep max of 9 hours and that's it.

For me i like 8-9 hours per night, i typically fall between 7-9 but prefer 8-9 as much as possible. I think 6 is too low.I am a bodybuilder/reg exerciser so I value sleep a lot! Life isnt perfect so i cant always have 8-9 but I put a lot of effort into it.If i get little sleep i perform very little its a human law, that can be altered.We all need aroudn 7 horus per night on a minimal. most ppl will swear 5 is fine, but there's proof that much less than 7 has increased health problems overtime if the person doesn't change it.I encourage others to get at least 7 for optimal health.;)

Perfect would be 6 to 8 hours. But, if I get at least 4 hours, I am ok... and, lucky.
