Spit on it. The enzymes and digestive acids will
remove all bacteria and viruses, and also make the
blade easier to apply. Alcohol and fire will only
hurt your tongue, so it's best to use a new blade
and lick it frequently as you carefully open and
drain the boil a little at a time.

Boiling water with TCP or similar in it.

You would be better to put a receptacle like a plastic bottle filled with steam over it. (the neck ) to try to draw out the core of the boil rather than lance it yourself.

Yes, put it over a flame. That is what we used to do with needles before getting splinters out. Or you can douse it in antiseptic liquid (eg Dettol)

well its better if you dont try any manual intervention to a boil. Let it resolve on its own, unless its a pus you are draining. You can sterilize a blade using alcohol or even betadine solution.

First wash the blade and the boil with disinfectant, anti-bacterial soap. Soak it in rubbing alcohol, pour boiling water over it, and then rub the boil with the rubbing alcohol. It is necessary to use a very clean knife. If you have a least 15 minutes, immerse the knife in boiling water.
