P1 & P2 Licences in Australia are banned from driving V8 and high powered V6 cars, but how many Kw of power is actually allowed? (I.e. how do you define a high powered V6 in Kw?)

Usually they are defined in a weight to power ratio - in talking P1 and P2 I am assuming you are referring to NSW licensing, in which case V8's are certainly off limits.... Check this for more information... http://tinyurl.com/2xmxyj
