Yes. I learned three years ago - my EX taught me at Whitetail Ski Resport and I love it so much I just wish I had known how to ski all those years before! Oh what fun!

I just realized I began skiing 50 years ago. At age 22. But I began with trips of only a couple days. I skied an average of less than two weeks a year for many years. At that rate it took me well over 10 years to get to the point I could make decent turns. Since then I continued to learn. Still ski less than 2 weeks a year but still love it. Fall occasionally, never had an injury, and look forward to every winter when I can at least fantasize abut what I might be able to do. So far this season I've skied 4 days around Lake Tahoe. Would love to do more. Keeping my fingers crossed. Would you invite me? Please.

Learned to ski at 18 fell in love with the sport,started work in a resort and travelled the world working and skiing for the next 23years.Once you ski summer is not so welcome any more.There is also the extras that go with it party lifestyle, snowmobile riding,night skiing or boarding, cross country skiing its all fun fun fun.

Is skiing on manufactured snow as pleasurable as skiing on the real deal? Any difference in feel or is the experience the same?
