From my experience they certainly do it more than Latino men. It's not just that, but they aren't selfish about it. They genuinely want to get you off and aren't just trying to get to the straight up sex part. Their technique is better too.

I know from my personal experience than they are more giving and have better technique than Latino men. Most Latin men are selfish and tend to just do it enough to get to the straight sex part.
