Help answer this question below.

My crime rating has dropped below zero since I have been stuck because I can't beat the last mission. How did this happen?

    Ok, first of all, the last mission I found the hardest, so my bro did it for me back in the day lol. This is what I do to get my crime rate up. Find a Tank (rhino) or put the cheat in and spawn it and, raise as much hell as possible. This usually help if you put in the 6 star wanted level in too.

    Note: Don't use too many cheats, it makes the game less fun lol.
