  • You can fight this ticket one of two ways. #1. If you had a good reason or you had just cause for not dimming your lights you could explain to the judge that you were anticipating some sort of obstruction in the roadway that you didnt want to hit. #2. You could admit to the judge that you made a mistake and that good driving is something that you take seriously because you have a good driving record.
  • Again, it depends on the law in your area. generally, not dimming your headlights to oncoming traffic is a traffic violation. common sense tells you that your vision is impaired with someone's headlight coming toward you on bright. why would you do this, anyway? and, while we are at it. the higher built vehicles, coming up behind you, can totally blind you if you are in a low to the ground vehicle. a citation would definetely in order if you had your lights on bright in this situation. pay the fine!
