If you will read the labels of both products, you will find most are almost identical. the only difference being chemicals for anti-bacteria or chemicals for sofenting, like aloe and vitamin e.
I have used both, both ways in a pinch. i still have my hair and my body is not hairy.

Sure, it's okay. It may not be recommended, but it isn't going to hurt. It'll still clean your hair.

My girlfriend whose hair always looked glossy and very healthy used to use Clothes fabric Softener as a conditioner.

It's OK to use washing up liquid. It's even OK to use shampoo for your head and body. If you're a guy just be a bit careful with the conditioner - there are some things you don't want to be soft and pliable.

bleached my black hair and then dyed it with splat,it turned green my aunt will dye it back to black today.will it turn gray? be healthy?
