Don't let anyone's perceptions of you knock you from living your life. Live it as you want to and use that voice to your advantage - humour, singing, whatever you're good at. What comes out of your mouth is far more important than the way it sounds.

If your voice has not dropped yet, just be patient. If it has, learn to love it. Either way, be sure to dress and wear your hair in a way to make it clear you're male.

Try and get over it until your voice drops. Unfortunately there's nothing you CAN do. Just realize it's your voice and try and be as comfortable with it as you can. :) I'm sorry, I hope it helps!

It will probably change, most young mens do. My son went through the high pitch before he reached the deep manly sounding voice he has now. I'm sure yours will to.

I am 25, male and have had a more feminine voice since 12 onwards. ASt first, I got bullied for it. Over time I got accepted. Now, I make 3.6 Grand for singing at massive theatres per night. Don't worry, something good will happen

That's not nessessarily a bad thing. It never hurt
Getty Lee of Rush one bit or Neil Sedaka, or Steve Perry of Journey, or Sebastian Bach of Skid Row or others.Take what you have, and, work with it.

You are a late bloomer. You are just like the great J.S. Bach who was a boy-trable at 15. Of course that was in 1700, when puberty happened much later than today. I'm sure you can sing some of Handel's castrato arias as they were originally intended to be sung. Maybe some by Nicolo Porporo and Riccardo Broschi (Farinelli's older brother)

High voice isn't bad as long as you don't squeel (sp) while talking. You can even use it to your advantage I'm a girl and I think that Michael Jackson has a hella sexy voice. If your voice doesn't drop later train it to be soft not sharp,be smooth or people are gonna want to jam sizzors(sp) in their ears.
Here's some examples of Michael Jackson's voice. It's high, but sounds coated making it pleasent to the ear.
In the first two videos he's about 25 (yes I know it's far from 16)Even though I heard some people say that the high voice was an act and Michael Jackson has a much deeper voice in real life, you can still take notes. I'm an actress and we learn to change voice to suit different charecters,if you're really uncomfortable with the way you sound you can take lessons.

Wait until your voice drops, I'm only one year older than you, but my voice didn't drop until I turned 17. I managed to keep the old alto voice and extended that down to Tenor 2, now I have the widest vocal range in my Church choir, I sing the Special Music a lot because I can sing songs intended for male or female singers, embrace your voice!
