Yes. A male still releases small amounts of sperm before ejaculation and precoital fluids may also contain sperm.

I just looked at your profile. I only went back 5 hours. I saw 3 DR's. It's nothing to be concerned about. It's natural to feel disappointment. I know I do. She sure can because pre-ejaculate contains live sperm. And she can even get preganant if he gets the fluid anywhere near that area without having sex. So if it's on his hands and they are inserted you can still get knocked up. And you can't ever be sure that by using the pull out method some of the full ejaculate didn't get released because that starts to leak out before the big bang. That's why it has the highest failure rate of all forms of birth control. Somewhere near 90%.
And can you really trust some guy to pull out before he's done? Especially if he's the one telling you this. Or to be able to contol an involentary reaction? Not on your life. It's like playing Russian Roulette.
