Beta: A jagged line with a low amplitude shows that you are alert or working.
Alpha: A very jagged line with a high amplitude shows that you are relaxed or reflecting.
Theta: An erratic line varying in frquency and amplitude shows that you are drowsy.
Delta: Wide troughs with a tall amplitude shows that you are asleep. If yhere are any stretches of beta characteristics it shows that you are dreaming.
