A frisbee... to knock down coconuts? How about to drink out of, to drain the coconut in so you can have the juice and the coconut together, you can dig with it, you can wear it as a hat to shade you from the sun, you can use it as a shield when attacked by native spears...

My answer has conditions, I'm afraid. If you mean a proper football, then I'd opt for that. If you mean an American football, then I'd go with the frisbee. However, if I choose the football and it turns out that my friend is a girl, I'd switch back to the frisbee, because I don't know any female friends that can actually kick a football in the right direction, never mind curling it! But then, if the girl is a really, really attractive girl, I wouldn't want the frisbee, because I'm absolutely shockingly bad with it, so to impress her I'd choose the football again. And hope that she was single. But, if my friend had suffered an unfortunate accident that resulted in her/him losing an arm and due to shortage of artifical limbs having it replaced by a baseball bat, I'd have to choose the baseball. I'd just have to wouldn't I?

Frisbee...you are on an island, no? there is a beach, no? you play frisbee on the beach, no? You could also use it as an other means to kill the local island squirrels (See vodka, milk, coke question) by hitting them over the noggin with it. lol I said "noggin"

Neither. give me a sattelite cellphone and a supply of batteries. Neither a football, baseball or frisbee is going to help you exit that island.

I suck at throwing frisbees (when I throw them, they go at a 90 degree angle instead of a straight 180 degree line lol), and what's the point of having a baseball if you don't have baseball gloves? So I'll go with a football, preferably the American kind. But the soccer kind of football is fine, too.
