Hehe - depends on the work...
-
I've worked for both and I know I'll draw the wrath of some of my female friends here, but I think it's best for me to work for a man. Perhaps the women I've worked for have just been exceptions, but they seem to be on a major power trip. I suppose that's how they got to be in their positions, but the difference has been like night and day when it comes to employee relations.

A hot woman making sexual advances towards me :)
-
It would not matter as long as they treated their subordinates with dignity and were not uptight.

G'day Yeahwell, Thank you for your question. I have happily worked for male bosses and female bosses. For me, it is more a matter of individual compatibility than gender as there are some great bosses of both genders and some that aren't so great. Regards

Does this sort of question really belong here? I could care less who I work for as long as my employer respects my abilities and treats me as a valued employee.
-
I used to not care, but in my line of work, it seems like men have more "know-how". The music industry seems to have more competent men than women... but that's just what I've come across... and I wouldn't object to working for a woman...
-
Woman, for sure.
-
Men are easier to work with, but pleasing a woman sexually can go a long way.
-
doesn't really matter to me though i would probably respect a women more
-
It doesn't matter. Just as long as they aren't on my arse about the work I do.
-
Depends, which one pays better and which one is easier to get along with?
-
I've worked for good and bad of both. Would rather work for someone experienced at being a boss.
