You'll want to look up 'pectoral exersises' on google. A good start would be push ups, and if you have weights, butterfly curls, and bench presses.

People store fat in different places depending on gender and other genetics, but the only way to burn fat is through a calorie deficit (accomplished through calorie reduction and exercise). It is a fallacy that you can spot reduce or spot tone away the fat from ANY specific part of your body. You can add muscle, but it will still be covered by a layer of fat until that fat is burned off. You need to reduce your overall body fat percentage to reduce the areas where your body stores fat. Usually, the fat will come off in the opposite order to which it was put on.

The answer lies in having a properly designed coaching system that will provide you with the correct exercises for your problem together with dietary control and, most importantly, guidance on hormone regulation that will take care of the estrogen situation. I discovered long ago that general physicians just don’t know enough about the problem to be of much help. They can give broad advice on the dieting and weight loss in general but when it comes to the specific issue of targeted weight loss from the chest then they are at a bit of a loss. Instead, I invested in a properly designed chest coach system. I really didn’t want to go down the surgery route. Firstly I can’t afford it and secondly I’m scared of knives/hospitals/anaesthetic/scarring. For me this system is far better. I’m not there yet, but I’m seeing results every day and not just to my chest either. I’m feeling fitter and healthier than I’ve felt for years and my breathing capacity must be up by about twenty percent too. This has helped my swimming (swimming – breast stroke is really good for chest fat). I got mine from http://www.howtolosemanboobstoday.com It took about twelve weeks for me. I thought it was really good.
