If your favorite radio DJ is late for his/her scheduled time slot, does he/she owe the audience an explanation?

    if it's in there nature to explain, it all dpends if they feel like they need to explain why they were late..to me that would be a little unprofessional

    Of course, it's his/her job, therefore it is his/her responsibility to get to work on time and apologise (maybe more so to his/her employer than the audience) if he/she fails to do so.
