Technically, yes, we do, but it's full of junk, so it would be inconvenient to use it. It's also the room my mom spent a lot of her time in before she died, so there is a lot of emotion associated with it for me sometimes when I think about it.

Actually have two! I live by myself and they are in the front part of the house. I shut the vents in those two rooms to save energy. Hardly ever go in them. They never get used except for when my grandchildren visit.

An extra room, yes, though we don't use it as a bedroom and it would be hard for a bed to go in it with the added cabinets we've built into it. We use it as a sewing room and hobby room.
