    well I dare say this:
    peace is the opposite of turmoil.
    as long as people seek peace they will also attract turmoil.
    it is only in the middle in equanimity where people find stillness and joy.
    because any time we are on the see saw of opposites....we are in for a sufering ride.

    individual peace is very easy when you understand,
    World peace uses the same principle, only its every single person finding that understanding and joining together.
