You may be suffering from Carpal Tunnel syndrome, which is a condition which causes pain in the wrist after doing repeated actions with you hands for a long period of time, it can also be repetitive strain injury, both these can cause the symptoms. The only cure I'm afraid is to refrain from doing the same thing, take a break every hour for about 5 minutes and do exercises with you wrists moving them round and stretching you fingers opening and closing them, pain killers will help if it is bad, if it carries on after this see your doctor.
