The visoed made some good point but in reality it just a very carefully scare tactic to get you to buy something that itself will drop in value in just a few years.

You're right that it's nothing more than an advertisement for something you probably shouldn't buy. But maybe so is college. And that's a viewpoint I don't think I've ever heard before. All the other media seem to suggest college is always a good deal. What's their motive?

I remember back in the early 2000s they were all over the High school diploma now that too many people where getting them and they were worthless now all of a sudden it college degrees. I would like to know why is it that every time progress is made and the masses do something it is a problem. I would think we want everyone to be educated, we would wanted the US leading in high school graduates, leading in college graduates, leading in grad graduates leading in post graduates education. But it is my firm believe there are people in high position that does not wont this happen, the reasons being, one, money, the more educated people are the more ways they can earn money, invest money, and save money, which take money from them. The second is power the old saying knowledge is power could not be more true, the more people get educated the more they start asking questions then the more questions we ask the more we investigate and the more we demand answers. Also the harder it is to get over on people. Now I believe these are reason why education and even healthcare are under attack. Why other industries seem to get a pass. Think about it why is education under attack so much? If this isn’t reason enough to keep the masses dumb I don’t what is?
