Help answer this question below.

if you're supposed to drink 8 glasses of water a day, how much does that equal out to? 2 litres?

    a cup is 8 ounces so 8 cups a day would be 64 ounces which is 3.6 ounces less than 2 litres which is 67.6 ounces.

    The saying referred to eight 8 oz glasses of water..64 oz or ..about 2 litres.
    However its incorrect.
    Each of us should drink one ounce of water for every 2 pounds of weight. A 200 pound
    person needs 100 oz of water while a 120 pound person's body requires 60 ounces
