    I don't think there's an expiry date on back outage. When mine lasted a week, I went to a chiropractor, against my will. After many months, he slipped up, and told me a massage therapist can often do his job for him.

    I now get regular massage therapy, and it's been ten years since I've lost a day of work to back pain.
