How do Hertz and Ohms really effect a headphones sound quality? Is it better to get one with more Hertz and Ohms?

    You need the right ohms to match your system: it will be designed for a particular impedance, and will not work as well with an impedance (measured in Ohms) that is either too low or too high. More is not better: you need the right one.

    Hertz is a measure of the range of notes that the headphones can produce. So generally a wider range is a good thing. But if you are older, your hearing will not reach the highest notes anyway, so too high a value is wasted. A small low end is good.
