Why do hospitals always serve jello? Jello is rendered horse hooves and hides and sugar. Is that supposed to make you feel better?

    It's very cheap. I bet a lot of it goes to waste though because Jello sucks.

    Around the turn of the last century Jello was considered a delicacy and was something usually reserved for the wealthy. Just think of how the world is more equalized now because everyone can enjoy Jello.

    Easy to digest, it helps to also boost they hydration, since most patients are going to be on medications that lead to slight dehydration.
