    I've seen it done...it is something that needs to be checked out...

    Falling asleep during quiet time, such as watching TV is normal, but falling asleep in the middle of a conversation is not...

    It used to happen to me all the time when I worked in insurance, but only during our weekly meetings. Our boss was so darn boring and the meetings would just go on and on and on. I don't feel bad though, I wasn't the only one. In fact, most of the other employees dozed off too. Too bad the boss never got the hint.
