No, insurance is based on the primary driver of the vehicle and far the vehicle goes with in a given period of time. If it is a leisure or primarily work related vehicle. Transfering the ownership of the car has nothing to do with it. You could put her as the primary driver of the car but thats kind of playing with fire too. If you have an accident and it is known that she never drove the car it could cause the insurance company to drop you and not pay for the damages.
