I assume you mean the Scion xB (or bB in other parts of the world). I am on my second xB. My 2005 was underpowered, but I didn't intend to win any races with it so that was fine with me.

My 2008 is a huge improvement in terms of performance and comfort. I was rather fond of the boxy version, so I was slightly sorry to see the new body style.

Do I like it? Yes. For all intents and purposes it's a Toyota. The VIN # is actually coded for Toyota. Toyotas enjoy a reputation of being well built and reliable.

I can sit back and enjoy a reliable car that doesn't cost me an arm and a leg to insure or in gas. And no car payments :) They are inexpensive. I paid cash.

Sorry, but ugly or not, I am laughing at the people who scrape by paycheck to paycheck but insist on driving a Mercedes.

P.S. Visuals! The first is a 2005 and the second is the 2008 model.

We've got a Prius too. How funny. Not a good investment is exactly how I see it too OSF.

I was able to get the Prius up over 100 mph and we average about 48 miles per gallon.

Well, ny significant other does drive rather like a turtle, but he gets between 51-54 mpg which is impressive considering the stop and go traffic (mostly stop) around here. 100 mph huh? I had no idea that 78hp could even do that :)

I hate them. Ugly, no power, no style. Honda element looks ugly too so you could say they look alike.

If you're ever hit by a semi in one, it can double as a casket. They'll just finish shaping what's left, and bolt some handles on the side. I might drive one in a small urban area, but, not as a highway vehicle. They are cool looking customized. I'd just be afraid of what would happen in a severe accident.

I see Nissan has just announced another 'box on wheels', the Cube. I don't like these boring looking boxes.

They're horrible.
I wouldn't want to be seen even riding in one.
It has to be one car that has the biggest flaw of them all, lack of design.
