Our requirements of those who get elected to political office are not precise enough. Is there a a specific "No robot/automaton" clause?

    The voting franchise is essentially universal, so voting is done by a lot of people who do not give a lot of thought to "requirements". Therefore, a glamour manchild like B. Hussein Soetoro Obama, who never had any substance of record save for mouthing a Marxist agenda, who could not hold a job in the real world, whose career resumé was that of a community agitator, and who had no leadership experience whatsoever of any kind, somehow hoodwinked enough people that he became president. Enough people regretted their vote for him that they may actually have "requirements" for the next candidate.
