Question

Help answer this question below.

Where can I get help for this?

In relation to my Previous Spider-related question: Where would I be able to find help for getting over Arachniphobia? I just spotted one on my floor which left me in a mess of screaming and crying ;both o which I don't often do) and shaking like crazy, plus so paranoid I can't sleep again. This keeps happening, and I'm starting to get really tired due to not going to sleep until about 3 in the morning sick with worry.
So, what sort of places should I try and look for, and what sort of thongs would they do to help?
Thanks in advance; ~Looby~

I have extreme arachnophobia, it affects my everyday life and after looking for so long I haven't found anything yet. There is help but it's expensive however since it seems like I'm getting worse by the day, I'm thinking of going to a counselor or psychotherapist who deals with phobias, I'm at the point where I'd pay any amount of money I can to get help. You could try hypnosis CD's but I don't know if they work, I doubt it.

I seriously doubt that a new thong would help, but at least you could look sexy while you're freaking out.
