I heard that using a hair-dryer every morning leads to baldness or grey hairs. Is this true, or is baldness caused only by genetic factors?

Greying of the hair and baldness are both hereditary and caused by a bad diet. Using a hair dryer every morning may not cause those things, but it certainly will make your hair dry, frizzy, and brittle over a period of time. I suggest using a thermal protector before blow-drying your hair, such as Redken's Heat Glide : http://www.redken.com/products/index.cfm?action=showProduct&bt=1&b=271&p=626
