Help answer this question below.

Pitcher A is removed after 1st trip. Pitcher B taken from 3rd, takes 8 warmups then sent back to 3rd not facing batter. Pitcher A reenters Can this be done? If pitcher B states arm hurts? Can he return to 3rd?

    Pitcher A cannot come back in if pulled, Pitcher B must face a batter so someone would have to take 3rd base. And if injured he cannot return to a position. The substitution rule varies per league I believe.
