What does Speaker of the House of Representatives and Majority Leader in the Senate mean... that you're a Leader and a really smart cooky?

    They are just the BIG puppets of a lot of LITTLE puppets pretending NOT to have any stings and IF you line them all up together you end up with Puppets within Puppets within Puppets and you find that they really don't mean a thing as it goes back and forth back and forth and they are just all problems that has no solutions except one and that is to cut their strings...

    No, it means that the holders of those positions were able to convince the majorities in their various houses of Congress that they should be the leader. That does not necessarily mean that they are going to be a good leader nor that they are particularly intelligent. It just means that they we able to convince a sufficient number of their colleagues that they are to get the positions.
