Yes. Once you have had a consultation with your other self, it is always wise to seek a second opinion.
To be totally honest, I would if I were you. Because you have no idea what lies beneath, and it's always better that someone knows about it, in case you ever find yourself in a sticky situation.
Which one of your personalities is asking?
It only presents itself as a problem when it interferes with your personal health, your method of living or others you come into contact with.
You could see a Psychiatrist, but I think we all feel a little bit antisocial at times. Maybe, maybe not. Is it bothering you to be living the way you do?
If so, go see someone.
Depends what it is, probably not unless you're unhappy about it
