my girlfriend who has anxiety recently lost her ex partner of 3 years - 12 months ago.
she has trouble expressing love or emotion, but feels very strongly about me.
we cant spend alot of time together as her anxiety increases? she is seeking help through a local psychologist.. what can i do? i dont want to lose her.

I think i was meant to read this question. I just got out a 2 year relationship , was with him all day everyday. I have a new bf that has been my best friend for 6 years. we get along well but the first time i went over to my current boyfriends house, i had a panik attack and they had to ring the ambulance, i didnt know what was happening. anxiety runs in my family though but its still algoo with seeing my bf when ever, its just that when ever we kiss i loose my breath for a few seconds (mini panik attack) my heart has moved on but my brain and boy havnt, it sucks but i can talk to my bf about it, he is something i neeed and want right, its just abit hard. it will pass . u need to let her talk about it if she does, has she?? how do u react?? anyway just ause this is happening, u need to spend more time 2gether, so she knows she will be better off with u.. r u 2 close?? so tell her she also needs to go to councelling. please reply. sorrry about the long msg but it needd to be said
