my 1994 chevy surban wont start

    It's old enough that the list of reasons is endless.
    Especially since you don't mention if it turns over with the starter or it's maintenance history or how many miles are on it.
    It's either no ignition, no fuel, or it's the the timing chain.
    Try putting a little gas into the carb or throttle body.
    If it runs and then dies it's a fuel problem.
    Place a spark plug wire very close to ground and watch for a spark.
    No spark, must be an ignition problem.
