Of course, if you have the money. It would probably require a lot more engine tuning and custom parts though because very few people turbo charge their Excels. I know of one person (personally) that added a single turbo to his Excel and it was quite amazing how much the power increased in it.
I have seen another 1993 Excel in a magazine but that had a Mitsubishi gsr engine in it. He claimed that he could keep up with subaru wrxs. You might want to see what a single turbo could do for yours first before splashing out on two of them. If money is no option then go for it.
