Help answer this question below.

Adult kissing a minor in Wisconsin.

I've tried looking up laws in wisconsin at sexlaws.org but I find nothing helpful. Is it OKAY for and Adult to Kiss a Minor, if they are dating and NOT having sex? Parental consent included.

    I don't know specifically about Wisconsin, but one fact you need to understand is that a minor, by definition, cannot give consent, and no one, including parents, can give consent for her ... so it doesn't matter if they're dating, or she lets him kiss her, or she wants him to kiss her ... the burden is on the adult, who presumably knows better ...

    If you are asking if they can make out then no. Any parent that is a good parent would certainly not approve of it, the adult in question should get a brain and the minor needs to spend their time with people their own age rather than chasing after an adult.
