First, check these stuff: 1. Is the network adaptor connected properly to PS2? 2. If you have dial-up, check the cord that goes into the console and into the phone jack 3.If you have broadband and use router, check the cords ( maybe is your router the problem ) 4.Consult your provider. Some of them charge extra money for connecting your PS2 ( to avoid this use router ) 5.Some consoles can't use network adaptor I forgot those serials but I think you can find them on the Net
