It'll grow back, just not as fast as you want.

Falling hair are caused from low hemoglobin, you might have something in your body that you don't want to have, and even your hair is starting to fall then it should grow back but at a slow paced and not normal.

I have the same issue. But I use a flat iron spray that is supposed to protect it from the heat. My hair is thinning a little but I dye it alot also. I would suggest maybe stop using the straightner on it for a few months so it regains its strength and use a shampoo for damage control. Also try taking a multi-vitamin daily it is supposed to help your hair grow out healthier.

It will probably grow back but if you keep straightening your hair it won't grow back just like that until you stop.

Straightening your hair is not always the reason for hair loss. If you dye your hair a lot, that could be the reason and you can't always know for sure. Some of my hair fell out when I became anaemic and I dye my hair every few weeks, straighten it everyday but it grew back.

We lose more and more hair with age; abusing it with chemicals and frying it with extreme heat increases it. I do neither, and at nearly 50 have thick hair with very few grey. Be nice to what nature gave you and it will benefit you for a long time; abuse it and loose it.

You might be abusing the folicles that produce the hair, but if that's the case, unless you've done serious damage (the equivalent of at least second degree burns) to your scalp, or treated it with harsh damaging chemicals, it should come back. We lose at least 60 hairs a day on average from our head, some more than others. It's more likely to be due to diet and or stress if it's falling out from the roots. I have plenty of female friends that straighten their hair 9 out of 10 days or more, and I have not heard that complaint, but I'll do some research and see what I come up with. Perhaps someone else can advise you better.
