I got reckless driving in New Mexico through a tribal cop. I tried to elude the officer. What will the fines be? Driver School?

- moonkicker, I actually called the court where I am scheduled to appear and they told me that I will NOT get a suspended license, NO defensive drivers course, NO court costs, NO jail time, or community service. She stated I would only get a fine of a maximum of $500 for reckless driving and $84 for speeding so all together around $584. It could have been alot worse though if I would have went to jail since there would have been the cost of bail, getting my truck back, plus court costs, and the fines. But in everything your right I am damn lucky I didn't spend the night in jail. Thanks for all your help, don't do my mistake pull over and accept the ticket.

- Also since it was tribal it won't go on my record or go to my insurance. Also I won't get any points on my record. I got lucky what can I say. Careful in San Juan Pueblo, NM 87566
