By testing out (GED). Otherwide no. If you are a veteran, you can attend classes through Board of Education Cooperatives (BOCES) or attend accredited business schools.

Apply for admission at your community college and learn about their remedial/tutorial programs. They can help. Don't give up. An associates degree from a two year college may be possible.

    Professionally Researched. (What's this?)

No one is too old to get a high school diploma. In fact, Gustava Bennett Burrus was 97 when she got hers. Many school districts offer alternative high school programs for adults, or you can study for the General Education Development or GED test, a high school diploma equivalent.

One respondent already indicated that the GED applies in this case. I just want to offer some encouraging words to those who might be reading this and considering taking that route to obtain a high school diploma.

I taught at 3 universities and one college for 41 years (geology, meteorology, and environmental sciences) and had many students who had gotten the GED instead of the traditional high school diploma.

I can say, without reservations, that my GED students were among my best. I'm not saying that the GED requires more learning. I think the primary difference had to do with maturity. So many of my "older" students (who were from about 23 through 90) expressed to me their nervousness and concern that they would not be able to do as well as the "kids" fresh out of high school with all of their "knowledge" fresh in their minds. To the contrary - the more mature students clearly had a greater appreciation for learning - particularly the value of exercising the mind (as being at least as important as exercising the body) and therefore they were more receptive - less resistive to learning the material to the higher grade proficiency. Many of my younger students, lets say in a meteorology course - seemed content to merely pass but my more mature students seemed more inclined to find a "C" unacceptable and strive for the higher grades. And - almost always they seemed to be more appreciative of having learned so much. I retired early at age 63 (8 years ago) but would not have lasted that long had it not been for my mature students, many of whom had earned the GED.

    Yours Truly,

No. The age limit on high school diplomas is 19.
If you don't get one by then, you are taken out and shot, then forced to worked in the fields picking rutabagas.
