Tell him to stick to blowjobs and he'll probably get away with it.

Still, could be a great opportunity to get on TV, even if it is Dateline NBC.

depends on your state laws. Most of the time 16 is legal for any one. before 16 the age of her partner depends on his age. I'm my state it is 3 or m ore years her Sr. so here he is legal.
For God sake get her an implant or you will be asking the same about your grand child in 15 years.
She can miss taking pills, and condoms are forgot or broken.

In florida, its not rape cuz he is under 18. however, once he turns 18, I guess the relationship would be over, cuz he could not legally have sex.

You and your son should go to your city hall and tell them you want a #985F734291JKO form. This is a underage fuck permit. It is like a driver's permit. If you are in the room when your 17 Y.O. is doing the 15 Y.O. then it is OK. I think it lets him go down to 14 with you in the same room. In my city when I was 16 I think my mother paid $40.00.They are both TOO young.

It depends where you live, but love has no age barriers.

Depends on what state they live in and what the age of consent is there.
    Try www.ageofconsent.com

Are you not ashamed to ask this question ? Because it indicates your poor parental care.Did your grand parents about your parents and they about you worry in those days this way ? that too 15 yrs girl may rape 17yrs boy. why should they sleep together at all ? what's happening to the christian roots of AMERICA ? YOU SHOULD learn moral and spiritual lessons from christian INDIANS .REPENT and turn to JESUS,back to the BIBLE.

It depends on the law in your state. However, most states have enacted statutes requiring a 4 year age difference before statutory rape charges may be brought.

Have a good long talk with your son about condoms.

My friends parents did that to her boyfriend. He was charged with statutory rape and is still listed as a predator 17 yrs. later.

In the state of South Dakota he would have to be 18 but in some states it can be a certain difference in age. You would have to see the laws in your state, but my guess is no, if he did her it wouldn't be rape.

If she wanted to sleep with him, then that's not rape but it would be illegal if they slept together since she's underage.

Sex crime investigator (my brother in law) told me once that if they are less then 3 years apart they do not go after them here in MN. Not sure in your state though.
